I’m so happy you are here!
I specialize in supporting adults who are coping with overwhelm, panic attacks, anxiety, trauma, depression, and body focused repetitive behaviors (skin picking, nail biting, etc). I use therapy modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients overcome emotional and psychological barriers that prevent them from building a life aligned with their values. I also promise genuine human connection, laughter, and celebration of progress along the way!
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa and hold a BA in Drama from San Francisco State University. I have over 10 years of experience providing mental health therapy to adults in both Los Angeles, CA and Portland, OR.
I believe in an integrative approach combining various therapy modalities to meet you where you are at. There is no “one size fits all” therapy approach. I incorporate nature, movement, and creativity into our work to make sure every part of you is being accessed and honored.
Outside of work, you can usually find me on the hiking trail or playing in the mountains. I also enjoy reading, cooking, crocheting, thrifting, and listening to records.
I look forward to connecting with you!
