I believe that therapy is not one size fits all. I use an integrative approach combining all of the modalities in which I am trained to tailor my approach to your unique goals and needs.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR is an evidence based therapy that helps people heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. It works by using bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping) to help the brain reprocess stuck or overwhelming memories. Over time, painful experiences feel less triggering, and more adaptive beliefs about yourself and the world can take their place.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is an evidence based therapy that helps you understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself such as those shaped by trauma, fear, or criticism from self or others. IFS supports healing wounded parts, reducing inner conflict, and fostering greater clarity, self compassion, and emotional balance.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is an evidence based approach that helps you identify and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving. By understanding how thoughts, emotions, and actions are connected, CBT supports practical skills for reducing distress, improving mood, and building healthier and more effective ways of coping in your daily life.
Ecotherapy
Ecotherapy is a holistic, nature based approach that supports mental and emotional wellbeing by strengthening you connections with the natural world. Through intentional experiences in nature, ecotherapy can reduce stress, support healing from trauma, and foster a deeper sense of grounding, resilience, and belonging.
